It might not be as hard as you think.
According to the College Board, two-thirds of full-time students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in 2010 were at colleges that accepted 50 percent or more of their applicants. Only three percent were at colleges that accepted less than 25 percent of their applicants.

Is that because of all of the budget cuts, the colleges have to take on more students to make up for the shortfall? What is the average class size compared to prior years? How long does it take for an average student to graduate? I hear classes are impacted and getting classes you need are difficult and makes the goal of graduating within 4 years is not that realistic.
